Google adds dynamic themes to mobile search

Google is making mobile search even more convenient. Users can now refine their query using filters on a specific topic and find the information they need faster.

Above the search results, a list of topics related to the query will appear to help the user find more relevant information or learn something new. The list is dynamic and will constantly change depending on the selected topic.

For example, if a user searches for food recipes, Google will offer him the “healthy” or “simple” filters. If he selects the topic “healthy”, the system will show the filters “vegetarian” or “quick”.

Google selects dynamic themes by analyzing the content on the web and the search behavior of users in general. The system itself decides in which order to show the filters in order to help the user as much as possible.

The update will be available to Google mobile app in the US and mobile search.
